"There comes a time when you just have to say, enough is enough." That was the simple explanation provided by Beth Holmes, after she and husband Richard tossed the final bottle of Chardonnay into the recycling bin. "The last time I sang along with Bat Out Of Hell, I was on spring break in Daytona, after a dozen Jaegermeister shots," said Beth, who recently turned 43. "The really scary part came at the very end of side B, when we looked at each other and both realized that we still knew all the words."
